Many of them discuss the need for this as well as an author's perspective on how this can be achieved. I like a book that doesn't just discuss the problem but that also provides a good, working solution with explanation on how to implement as well as the rationale to support it.

This didn't offer solutions, really. Rather it was just more of a discussion of the problems the usual failure to embrace change although described with different words how and why change can be so threatening to the "this is how we do it" mentality, with some anecdotes of companies who've broken the mold and done things differently.

Same overall idea regarding transformation and change just a different take and newer examples. If you're looking for a book that further lends support as to why a company or business should implement a radical change perhaps you're needing further support for a plan you've already got in the works for example then this could be great supporting material.

Peshawaria lived and worked in many countries and sees work and industries broadly. He has a lot to say that could have been organized differently. The book is in essay format divided by chapters and has substantial appendix and reference sections.
